About Editor-in-Chief

Dr Akoijam Joy Singh, MD, DNB, DSM, PhD is Professor and Head of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal. He did his MD (PMR) and DNB (PMR) from AIIMS, New Delhi and PhD in Medicine from Manipur University. He has published 93 scientific papers and 4 books including Handbook on Disability Assessment. This book is published in the capacity of the Chairman, Academic Committee of the Indian Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
